Orders

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, you must give notice in writing of the cancellation of your order to Blackburn Rovers at the returns address at mailorder@rovers.co.uk or Roverstore, Ewood Park, Nuttall St, Blackburn, BB2 4JF.

Please provide details so that we can identify both you can your order including your order number.

You can only cancel your order if you have not already received your products. If you have already received your products, please follow our returns policy.

Can I change my order (e.g. address)?

No, once an order is placed, supporters are unable to make changes to details such as their address. If any changes are required, including changes to personal information, it is the supporter’s responsibility to cancel the existing order and place a new one with the corrected details.

Blackburn Rovers is not responsible for verifying or updating customer information, and it is advised that supporters double-check their order details before confirming the purchase.

How do I check my order status?

You will receive emails from the club updating you on the status of your order. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code which will allow you to check the delivery status with the delivery provider.

Returns

What is your returns policy over the 2023 Christmas period?

For any products purchased since the 1st November 2023:

Purchased in store: Full refunds can be made up to 28 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges can be completed until 31st January 2024 with a valid receipt.

Online orders: Refunds for online orders can be made until 31st January 2024. We do not offer a mail order exchange service.

Can I return an item?

Returns within 28 days:

You can return any item within 28 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the full purchase price, excluding postage costs unless the item is faulty. Faulty, mistakenly picked, or damaged items will be fully refunded, including postage costs. For these cases, send the item back for inspection, and your refund will be processed promptly.

Faulty or defective products:

If you receive damaged or defective products, inform us immediately. Contact us by email, telephone, or in writing, providing details, order number, and confirmation reference. Stop using defective products and return them to us. Upon receipt, we will process your refund within 30 days. Obtain proof of postage for your return.

In-store returns:

For items purchased online and returned in-store, bring proof of purchase, online receipt or delivery note. Ensure the items are in original packaging, with tags, and in a resalable condition (unless faulty).

Personalised products:

Returns for personalised products are accepted only if the personalisation is incorrect or if the product is faulty. No refunds will be given for sizing errors. Check our size charts before ordering. No refunds or exchanges for shirts if a player changes name/number or leaves Blackburn Rovers.

Delivery and refund:

Use recorded delivery for returns. Goods must be returned within 28 days for a refund.

When will I receive my refund?

The timing for receiving a refund depends on the specific circumstances of the return:

Normal returns within 28 days:

If you are returning an item within 28 days in its original condition and packaging, the refund of the item’s purchase price will typically be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item.

Faulty, mistakenly picked, or damaged items:

For faulty, mistakenly picked, or damaged items, the refund, including any postage costs, will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item(s) after inspection.

Cancellation without reason:

If you have canceled an order without providing a reason, any debited sums from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account reasonably promptly.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

In the United Kingdom, there are two delivery options:

  • Priority (£6.50): 1-2 working days*
  • Standard (£4.95): 3-5 working days

*Priority delivery will only be available Monday-Thursday. Any orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Europe:

International Tracked/Signed for (£12) with delivery in 3-7 working days.

Rest of the World:

Tracked Service (£16) with delivery in 7-10 days.

How long does delivery take?

Click and Collect: 2-4 working days. You will be notified when your order is ready.

UK:

  • Priority: 1-2 working days*
  • Standard: 3-5 working days

Do I have to pay customs charges?

Yes, for international orders, import duties and taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for payment, and the amount is determined by the destination country’s customs office. Contact your local customs office for details before placing an order.

What if I have pre-ordered an item?

Pre-ordered or out-of-stock items are dispatched as specified on the website. Please note that any additional items purchased alongside a pre-order product will be dispatched when the pre-order is ready for delivery. If you need the other items sooner, please make a separate order for them. Payments for pre-order products are processed at the time of placing the order.

Can I track my delivery?

What countries do you ship to?

We can ship worldwide. Should we be unable to deliver an order, we will contact you and provide a full refund for your order.

Can I collect my order instead of getting it delivered?

Yes, click and collect is available at the Roverstore, Ewood Park, Blackburn, BB2 4JF. Orders will be ready in 2-4 working days, and you will be notified by email when it is ready for collection.

My order is missing/items are missing from my order. What should I do?

For missing items, please follow our delivery provider’s procedures. No refunds or exchanges will be offered until the investigation is complete (this can take up to 30 working days). Report any missing items to Blackburn Rovers within 7 days of delivery by emailing mailorder@rovers.co.uk.

Payments

Which payment methods can I use?

You can use Mastercard, Visa cards or gift vouchers.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rates. The total costs of your order includes the price of the products and relevant packaging and delivery costs.

When do gift cards expire?

Any gift cards issued by Blackburn Rovers will expire 12 months after the date of purchase and after that date they cannot be used for payment.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

If a product is unexpectedly out of stock, we will promptly refund your payment.

Technical

How do I change currencies?

To change currencies, go to the bottom of our website, and click on the pound sterling. By selecting a currency you will see the equivalent prices in your preferred currency at the side of sterling prices. You will be charged in sterling when you place an order. We can provide the following currencies:

  • $ AUD
  • € EUR
  • ¥ JPY
  • $ USD

I am not receiving any emails from you.

If you choose not to subscribe to our marketing emails when making a purchase, you will only receive emails contacting updates to your orders. If you have given consent but are not receiving our emails, consider the following:

  1. Review your junk/spam folders to ensure our emails are not misplaced
  2. Update your marketing preferences within My Rovers Account if you created an account
  3. Double check your email address for any spelling errors
