Import Duty 

Most deliveries to countries outside of the UK will now incur import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You the customer are responsible for the payment of such duties and taxes. Please note we do not have control over these charges and cannot specify the amount. Christmas Gifts

Purchases that are made for Christmas gifts can be exchanged for another item until 30th January 2021.

How do I make a return?

If you wish to exchange merchandise or require a refund, either return your item in person to the Roverstore at Ewood Park or return the merchandise via post to:

We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Postage is paid by the customer.

For exchanges or refunds the items need to be accompanied by the receipt as proof of purchase. If items are unsatisfactory they must be returned within 14 days. All goods returned must be in their original, unworn condition with all labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that we consider to be damaged or that have not been treated in accordance with the instructions provided. 

Custom printed shirts, or any other personalised items cannot be refunded.  Furthermore if a player changes his number at any time or leaves the club, BRFC cannot offer a refund or an exchange on this shirt (this does not affect your statutory rights).
