£5 Mystery Item Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
The £5 Mystery Item offer is available exclusively for online purchases made on Monday 1 December and Tuesday 2 December via the official Roverstore website.

How it Works:
Customers can add one £5 Mystery Item to their basket when making a qualifying purchase. The mystery item will be an official kit or training product from previous seasons.

No Size or Season Guarantee:
Mystery items are selected at random. Sizes, player names/numbers, item type, and season cannot be requested, changed or guaranteed. By purchasing, you accept the item allocated.

Availability:
Offer valid while stocks last. If stock sells out, the club reserves the right to remove the mystery item option at any time.

Non-Returnable:
Mystery items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless the product is faulty. Standard statutory rights remain unaffected.

Delivery:
Mystery items will be shipped as part of your order but may arrive in separate packaging depending on logistics.

Club Rights:
Blackburn Rovers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time.

How much is delivery?

In the United Kingdom, there are two delivery options

• Standard (£4.95): 3-5 working days
• Terrace Products: 7-10 working days**

**Terrace products are shipped directly through the Terrace therefore please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

Europe:

International Tracked/Signed for (£17.95) with delivery in 3-7 working days*.

Rest of the World:

Tracked Service (£19.95) with delivery in 7-10 days*.

*International delivery charges £17.95 (Europe) and £19.95 (Rest of the world) are per 1kg, if more than 1kg of items is ordered you will be required to pay multiple delivery charges dependent on location.

How long does delivery take?

Click and Collect: 2-4 working days. You will be notified when your order is ready.

UK:

• Priority: 1-2 working days*
• Standard: 3-5 working days

*Priority delivery will only be available Monday-Thursday. Any orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Europe: 3-7 working days

Rest of the World: 7-10 working days

Do I have to pay customs charges?

Yes, for international orders, import duties and taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for payment, and the amount is determined by the destination country’s customs office. Contact your local customs office for details before placing an order.

What if I have pre-ordered an item?

Pre-ordered or out-of-stock items are dispatched as specified on the website. Please note that any additional items purchased alongside a pre-order product will be dispatched when the pre-order is ready for delivery. If you need the other items sooner, please make a separate order for them. Payments for pre-order products are processed at the time of placing the order.

Can I track my delivery?

You will receive emails from the club updating you on the status of your order. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code which will allow you to check the delivery status with the delivery provider.

What countries do you ship to?

We can ship worldwide. Should we be unable to deliver an order, we will contact you and provide a full refund for your order.

Can I collect my order instead of getting it delivered?

Yes, click and collect is available at the Roverstore, Ewood Park, Blackburn, BB2 4JF. Orders will be ready in 2-4 working days, and you will be notified by email when it is ready for collection.

My order is missing/items are missing from my order. What should I do?

For missing items, please follow our delivery provider’s procedures. No refunds or exchanges will be offered until the investigation is complete (this can take up to 30 working days). Report any missing items to Blackburn Rovers within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected].
