Printing Disclaimer

Important

Items with custom printing (which includes player prints, own name prints, sleeve patches and Totally Wicked logos) cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty.  Furthermore if a player changes his number at any time BRFC cannot offer a refund or an exchange on this shirt (this does not affect your statutory rights).

Personalisation of Replica Kit

We reserve the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. An operator will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note this may delay delivery of your shirt. 

Printing

Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from previous Replica kits. Please ensure you obtain the correct size before printing as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers have been applied to personalise your item.  We cannot accept liability for any changes to players names and numbers due to transfers or a player deciding to change number or leave the club.

Please note that the price charged for shirt printing applies to up to 12 letters and 2 Numbers, however this is dependant on the size of shirt requested as not all sizes will accommodate 12 letters. If this is the case an operator will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative.

Sleeve Badges: Please note that we have two versions of sleeve badges, an adult and junior version and these will be applied accordingly when purchased. 

 

Washing Instructions

In order to preserve your personalisation, we advise that personalised shirts are washed inside out and without fabric conditioner. Do not wash within the first 48 hours of application.

A fresh take on tradition, this season’s shirt retains the iconic half-blue, half-white design - a nod to the club’s proud heritage - but introduces subtle modern detailing for a contemporary finish. The shirt features a half and half collar and the stem of a rose running through the fabric of the shirt. 

Crafted with performance and comfort in mind, the shirt is made by Macron, making it perfect for everyday wear or matchday action.

Additional details include:

  • Macron Hero logo in black on the right chest
  • Full colour Blackburn Rovers crest on the left chest
  • ‘150’ printed detail on the back neck and '150' tape on the inside waist band  - commemorating 150 years of Blackburn Rovers 

Macron Eco Fabrics are made with a thread which is 100% PET recycled polyester and is certified by Global Recycle Standard.

PET is a material made of oil or natural gas and can be 100% recycled, thus returning in the market in the form of new eco-sustainable products. In particular, the PET gathered after its first use is reduced in 2 mm chips and subsequently treated in order to obtain a thread that guarantees the same performance of a virgin thread. The thread does not lose its original characteristics during its treatment and for this reason may be repeatedly recycled. Last but not least, compared to virgin polyester, the PET recycled polyester has the advantage of requiring less energy during the production chain. For each produced shirt, 13 0.5 l bottles are recycled.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

In the United Kingdom, there are two delivery options

  • Standard (£4.95): 3-5 working days
  • Terrace Products: 7-10 working days**

**Terrace products are shipped directly through the Terrace therefore please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

Europe:

International Tracked/Signed for (£17.95) with delivery in 3-7 working days*.

Rest of the World:

Tracked Service (£19.95) with delivery in 7-10 days*.

*International delivery charges £17.95 (Europe) and £19.95 (Rest of the world) are per 1kg, if more than 1kg of items is ordered you will be required to pay multiple delivery charges dependent on location.

 

How long does delivery take?

Click and Collect: 2-4 working days. You will be notified when your order is ready.

UK:

  • Priority: 1-2 working days*
  • Standard: 3-5 working days

*Priority delivery will only be available Monday-Thursday. Any orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Europe: 3-7 working days

Rest of the World: 7-10 working days

Do I have to pay customs charges?

Yes, for international orders, import duties and taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for payment, and the amount is determined by the destination country’s customs office. Contact your local customs office for details before placing an order.

What if I have pre-ordered an item?

Pre-ordered or out-of-stock items are dispatched as specified on the website. Please note that any additional items purchased alongside a pre-order product will be dispatched when the pre-order is ready for delivery. If you need the other items sooner, please make a separate order for them. Payments for pre-order products are processed at the time of placing the order.

Can I track my delivery?

You will receive emails from the club updating you on the status of your order. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code which will allow you to check the delivery status with the delivery provider.

What countries do you ship to?

We can ship worldwide. Should we be unable to deliver an order, we will contact you and provide a full refund for your order.

Can I collect my order instead of getting it delivered?

Yes, click and collect is available at the Roverstore, Ewood Park, Blackburn, BB2 4JF. Orders will be ready in 2-4 working days, and you will be notified by email when it is ready for collection.

My order is missing/items are missing from my order. What should I do?

For missing items, please follow our delivery provider’s procedures. No refunds or exchanges will be offered until the investigation is complete (this can take up to 30 working days). Report any missing items to Blackburn Rovers within 7 days of delivery by emailing mailorder@rovers.co.uk.
